SUGGESTED USE – 

• For training and competition completed in warmer ambient conditions across a duration of 2 hours or longer, consume 2-3 gels per hour to deliver up to 80-120 g of carbohydrate per hour during exercise. Achieve this fuelling target by consuming one gel every 20 minutes of exercise.

• INCREASED CARB EFFICIENCY: A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrate that is oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% when compared with a ratio of 2:1
• LOWER GI DISTRESS: A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose reduces self-reported symptoms of stomach fullness and nausea when compared with a ratio of 2:1
• ISOTONIC: Beta Fuel + gel is isotonic meaning there is no need for additional water to be consumed to allow efficient absorption. Contains 200mg of sodium per gel
