So, one gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, which is enough energy for 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise. Our packaging design is simple and compact, to make sure you can consume the energy gel quickly when you need it most. The natural orange flavour, containing real fruit juice concentrate, which provides a refreshing fruity taste in an easy to consume, almost liquid-like consistency. Additionally, every batch of this product is tested for banned substances through the Informed Sports programme, therefore is accessible to elite athletes.
