I was very pleased with the service from Wolf Cycles. I found out over the Christmas break that I needed to replace a chain ring. The price from Wolf Cycles meant that I felt it worthwhile to replace the entire chainset. Ordering at Christmas is a difficult test of a retailer and I didn't really expect to get the chainset before the new year. I was pleasantly surprised, therefore, to receive it on 30th January, in time to fit it for a New Year's Day ride.

Excellent quality products for a lower price than usual!
I ordered the Onguard Rock Solid 8590 from Wolf Cycles online on Sunday and it came by post on Tuesday. It was in brand new condition and I only paid £117 for it using code WOLF10 (normally costing £130, which is still great considering other stores sell this same product for £150+). I'm happy with what I received and I look forward to buying more from here again in the future!

Ordered a pair of Shimano MTB shoes late at night a week or so before Christmas and they were shipped first thing the next morning and arrived with me the morning after that! They were double boxed and packaged extremely well. Super happy with the product and price, but more importantly with the absolutely superb service from Wolf Cycles. Highly recommended and would shop from them again.

My first contact with Wolf Cycles was when my wife bought me tyre inserts for my (then new) GRVL AF running 40 mm tyres. She was given clear, honest advice and they made sure she got exactly the right product — which set the tone straight away.
In December 2025, I went back for advice ahead of the 2026 Gralloch. Oliver, who had competed in the event himself in 25, took the time to make sure I was properly set up with Vittoria 50 mm tyres, inserts, and sealant — all chosen with real-world experience, not sales talk.
In January, I asked Oliver for guidance on new rotors for an upgraded brake system. He recommended Shimano CL800 160 mm rotors and, just as importantly, answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision myself. The advice has always been about understanding why, not just being told what.
My biggest purchase was my new Power Pedals. Oliver researched my bike and the best option for my budget and I love them.
All of this support has been done online, and it’s been faultless. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely rider-focused. I’ll absolutely continue using Wolf Cycles and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants advice they can trust. Now the bike is ready, just got to get me tuned for the ride.

Prices are good. Support is excellent. Had issue with undelivered item being lost in post. Wolf sent out another item immediately. As well as online sales they have a shop in Longtown if you live in the Carlisle, Cumbria area

Excellent service as always. Professional high quality workmanship at a fair price. Bike taken in for replacement of carbon bars broken in racing crash and change of rear cassette. Bike returned like new and treated as if it were their own.

Bought a kids cycling helmet online from this company. Their website guided me through sizing options really well.

It's a gorgeous design of rocket ships and my kid loves it.

The helmet came really quickly and the packing box was really well designed to protect it. The helmet is comfortable and seems very well made.

My Dura Ace pedals exploded at the weekend, no chance of saving them, replacement was the only option. Only problem was I needed them quick and, ideally, I needed them cheap. One or the other is possible but not both, until I stumbled on Wolf Cycles. Next day delivery on pedals that were substantially cheaper than all the big boys. Bought late Monday evening, arrived first thing Wednesday.

Bookmarked in my browser, I will be back for more kit from these guys. They are super responsive, quick and clear with the communications and top value for money. Five stars all the way
