The Castle Carrock Time Trial is the go to Eden Valley test, the two lap lumpy but fast course makes for an exciting evening of racing. We love it so much that we are running two events on it this year which allows you to test against your previous time. Will anyone manage to go under the 30 minute mark this year? I guess we will just have to wait and see. With the event being a stones throw from The Duke of Cumberland pub everyone is welcome to join us for a drink after the race on the village green.

Parking is located in the lay-by on the B6413 2 miles south of Castle Carrock which is adjacent to the start/finish.

This event forms part of the Wolf Cycles Eden Valley Time Trial League in conjunction with Rock 2 Roll CC and Border City Wheelers

Sign on and start is at the lay-by on B6413 approximately 2 miles south of Castle Carrock from 5.45pm and first rider off at 18.30pm.

Entry is £5 on the night, no pre entry.

The start/finish is at the layby south on the B6413 (2 miles from Castle Carrock village). The course proceeds on the B6413 for approximately 2 miles then turns left onto Castle Carrock – Moor House road for approximately ¾ of a mile west of Castle Carrock. The course then bears left and proceeds south on an unclassified road to Carlatton Mill. The course then has a Left turn at Carlatton Mill onto an unclassified road leading east past Hall’s Tenement to junction with B6413. Then turns left on to B6413 to pass the start/finish point and repeat for a second lap.
