We recommend you Consume 1 gel during prolonged endurance exercise to meet your specific fuelling requirements and Carbohydrate targets.

• 1 GELX Every 1 hour = 45g Carb /hour + 200mg Sodium
• 1 GELX Every 30 Mins = 90g Carb /hour +400mg Sodium
• 1 GELX Every 23 Mins = 120g Carb /hour +600mg Sodium

GEL X contains 45g of the new 1:0.8 Maltodextrin-to-Fructose Carbohydrate blend, and 4 Key Electrolytes including 200mg Sodium.

Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting the wall.

• Eat well before you start exercising and take your first gel within 30-60 minutes into your activity, take one gel every 30 minutes thereafter.
• Our energy gels are much less viscous than most and isotonic, but we would still recommend having some water.
• It’s a good idea to mix it up with some GEL+ Caffeine energy gels. Caffeine is scientifically proven to boost your physical endurance. (…but don’t exceed the recommended GDA).
