SnakeSkin
One of the most effective inventions that Schwalbe has developed for the bike. Only about 40-50 g heavier a tire by the SnakeSkin fabric. This protects it perfectly from contact with sharp edges, which can very quickly slit the sidewall of light competition tires.

RaceGuard
Double layered fabric under the tread. The ideal puncture protection when a tire should be above all fast and light.

DoubleDefense
Combined puncture protection in three different versions: In the Race version protects SnakeSkin (all around) and additional RaceGuard (under the tread). In Tour tires, SnakeSkin acts on the sidewalls and high-density V-Guard under the tread. “Plus” tires, on the other hand, combine a layer of GreenGuard under the tread and SnakeSkin on the sidewalls.
