Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse via Royal Mail 48, within 1 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 2-4 working days from the moment you place your order.

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. VAT receipts for UK deliveries can be requested from our customer service team.

Please note that we can’t accept orders billed to or addressed to PO Boxes

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or Fedex depending on the chosen delivery option, size, weight and destination of the parcel.

Tracking numbers will be sent out automatically via email once the order has been dispatched.

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below we will refund the price of the goods.

If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described or the wrong item has been received), again you can return it to us within 30 days (longer periods may in some circumstances apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), and we will refund the price paid, the basic delivery charge, and the cost of packaging and postage for returning the product (please see below) to your original method of payment. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us via and we can provide a pre-paid returns label.

If the product is not faulty and you wish to return it for reasons including: accidental orders, sizing issues or other non quality reasons, the order can be returned at the customers expense. Provided the quality is deemed satisfactory upon return a full refund will be issued excluding any original postage charges.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for worn clothing and footwear unless the product is faulty.

1. Package your return. All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original protective packaging with the barcode(s) and/or tags intact, while the outer packaging can be of your choice (i.e. box, envelope, etc.). Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used.

2. Include key return details. Remember to include your order confirmation slip (emailed to you at the time of purchase). If you canot print this, please note your name and order number and include this in the return.

Make sure you return items through a traceable service for your safety. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage, as without this we will be unable to assist you further. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us, unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.

Goods purchased on other websites (e.g. must be returned through the procedures of the platform they have been purchased on. They cannot be returned to the Wolf Cycles website.
